Winners are announced every year at the Game Developers Conference which will be taking place between March 21 and 25 this time around. The festival was founded in 1998 to celebrate independent developers. While two games, Inscryption and Unpacking, have clearly taken the lead in terms of nominations, there are plenty of other stand outs including Loop Hero, Sable, Cruelty Squad, and Overboard! The results are in for the Independent Games Festival this year.
